Madonna was the face of Louis Vuitton's most recent ad campagn, so it's only fitting that she would represent for LV on the red carpet this year.

And boy, does she represent.

She paired her mini bustle dress with a pair of thigh-high patent leather boots and a bizarre headpiece. I'm not really getting what that's about.

I'm not nuts for this look, but...she can't be accused of playing too safe. I'm searching for positivity here, people.
